HygroMatik´s StandardLine for reliable steam humidification

The clear LED display of the StandardLine series enables you to keep all important device and process data permanently in view. The simple display icons provide instant information on the status of the steam humidifier. The control buttons enable fast and intuitive navigation through the compact and easy-to-understand menu.
The separable steam cylinder is reusable.
With all its products, HygroMatik always attaches great importance to sustainable solutions which cause as little harm as possible to humans and the environment. Therefore we do not use any exchange cylinders, only reusable steam cylinders.
The full-surface electrodes require very little maintenance.
HygroMatik exclusively uses solid solid-surface electrodes in its electrode steam humidifiers. Due to the high material volume, these are particularly durable, robust and can process tap water very well.
The electrodes must therefore be exchanged less frequently. This preserves the environment and reduces maintenance costs.
A robust blow-down pump extends the maintenance intervals.
The robust blow-down pump supports the combined flushing and lime collection system by removing sludge and hardening agents. Thus, precipitating lime can be discharged and does not get to accumulate. This reduces the amount of lime in the screen and thus the frequency of maintenance.
